The Cheetah Conservation Fund UK is a UK registered charity (number 1079874). It holds events to raise awareness of the plight of the cheetah, and raises money which goes directly to support the work of CCF Headquarters in Namibia.

Founded in Namibia in 1990, Cheetah Conservation Fund (CCF) is the global leader in research and conservation of cheetahs. CCF is dedicated to saving the cheetah in the wild.

The vast majority of wild cheetahs are outside protected areas, in areas populated by humans. Saving this magnificent animal from extinction requires innovative conservation methods that address the welfare of both cheetah and human populations over large landscapes. CCF has developed a set of integrated programs that work together to achieve this objective. CCF’s programs have effectively stabilized and even increased the wild cheetah population in Namibia.

Cheetah Conservation Fund has the ability to save the cheetah from extinction, definitively. This goal is within our power to achieve. Will you help us?

A country that formerly exterminated cheetahs, Namibia now proudly calls itself The Cheetah Capitol of the World and has become the leader in wildlife conservation among African nations. But to ensure long-term survival, CCF must parlay our success in Namibia into greater success by extending our reach into other cheetah range countries. We must exponentially increase our capacity to educate, train and intervene in all territories where cheetahs are found if there is any hope for a future for them. Time is not on our side. We need to scale up now.
