Crafty Cheetahs: THE WINNERS!

There was some seriously fierce competition in the inaugural Crafty Cheetahs competition! We asked our young supporters to share their artistic flare with us by creating an incredible array of cheetah crafts, from masks to poems and everything in-between! We asked our UK ambassador/TV Presenter/Big Cat Sanctuary Director Giles Clark to judge the competition – no mean feat with so many amazing entries. After some heavy deliberation, Giles selected these winners:

Winner of 5-8
Luke Spencer, Age 8
“Giles absolutely loved his beautiful, fantastic and creative painting!”
Winner of 9-12
Tanish Kirodian, Age 11
“Giles loved his clever drawing but also the incredibly important conservation message to save the natural world”
Winner of 13-16
Olivia Brown, Age 13
“The cheetah is the most iconic running animal, and Giles felt that Olivia had captured that beautifully in her drawing”
Thank you to all 61 entrants – you did such a wonderful job. We can’t wait to relaunch the competition in 2021! You can see all of the entries in the compilation below:
